METAL ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
MoldJet Technologies — No Loose Powders
Tritone Technologies revolutionizes metal Additive Manufacturing to meet the rigorous standards of industrial production. Established in 2017, the company specializes in cutting-edge technology that facillitates industrial-scale production of precise metal and ceramic parts. Catering to diverse industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, and Consumer Electronics, Tritone's MoldJet technology stands out.
MoldJet technology facilitates the rapid and seamless manufacturing of complex geometry parts with high density and superior mechanical properties. Its versatility allows for quick transitions between a wide array of metals and ceramics, enabling the simultaneous production of diverse parts within the same batch.
Tritone Dominant System
The Tritone Dominant 3D Printing System uses MoldJet technology, a new powderless process that leverages ink jetting to produce high resolution parts in a range of metal alloys. Rather than printing the entire mold and injecting material into the cavity, Tritone does this layer by layer, allowing for industrial printing speed. This can be implemented ditectly into almost any industry, from aerospace to automotive or tools to consumer electronics.

Tritone DIM System
The Tritone DIM is a smaller, mid-range metal AM platform that's also based on the manufacturer’s patented Moldjet® technology. The DIM can be used by consumer goods & consumer electronics manufacturers, service bureaus, R&D and educational departments to create end-use metal 3D printed parts. The DIM gives operators the freedom to use a powder-free technology, and create wide variety of metal and ceramic parts with fine details and high surface quality.
