DELRAY Systems return policy
Please note: Software, and Services are non- returnable

DELRAY Systems will accept merchandise returns within thirty (30) calendar days
from the date of Customer’s receipt of merchandise, subject to a 15% restocking
fee. All returns will require a return authorization which can be requested from
support@3d-printer.com or contacting our service department at 248.218.1916
and selecting option 604 . Issued return authorizations will automatically expire if

merchandise is not received by DELRAY Systems within the 30 calendar days
from the date of Customer’s receipt of merchandise. Customer is responsible for
all shipping charges and liability during transport of return merchandise.

DELRAY Systems will not accept any unauthorized returns. Any return made by a
Customer without a return authorization will be considered an unauthorized
return and will be subject to refusal of delivery or additional handling fees.
Customer has the sole responsibility to arrange shipment of the Unauthorized
Return from DELRAY Systems back to Customer.

Customer must keep all original packaging and use it to repack the merchandise
for return. DELRAY System retains the right to inspect and refuse shipments that
are transported in non-original packaging.
The returned merchandise shall show no signs of use, wear, damage including
any visual damage and must contain all un-modified original equipment,
including accessories, manuals, cables, packaging, and documents that were
included with the original merchandise sale.

Delray Systems reserves the right to make changes and modifications to its return policy
